Legs, Bums & Tums - Monday, 9.15am

A non-impact class designed to sculpt and tone the lower body, specifically targeting the legs, glutes, and abdominal areas. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Participants can expect a combination of strength training exercises, flexibility work, and core stability drills.
