Fitness Suite
The fitness suite at the St Alban's Sports Centre is always busy, but with so much space and equipment, it never feels overcrowded. The area is fully air-conditioned and contains a brand new collection of Matrix Fitness cardiovascular machines and resistance equipment.
All users require an induction on their first visit to the fitness suite. This is a one-to-one session with a qualified instructor, designed to make you familiar with the machines, their uses and all safety aspects. The staff in the fitness suite are also available to create personal exercise programmes for all our users.
Fitness is not about being better than someone else...it's about being better than you used to be.
