Youth Gym Class, Tuesday, 4.30pm

Aged 14+? Join our Youth Gym Sessions!

Participants will learn proper lifting techniques and engage in a personalised full-body strength training programme. Over the course of six weeks, participants will gain knowledge about how various exercises target different muscle groups, helping them to develop confidence and self-esteem. This programme is an excellent opportunity for those who may not be interested in team sports to explore individual fitness in a supportive and educational environment.

Tuesdays, 4.30pm - 5.45pm

£4.50 per class. Six-week course starting Tuesday 12 November.

Please note, outside these classes, young people aged 14-16 are only permitted to use the fitness suite under the supervision of a parent/guardian aged 18+ and restrictions apply to the equipment which can be used. Gym inductions must be completed.
